For most busy people, getting the training done first is the best way to get it done consistently over time - to make it truly sustainable. At Fitness IRL, we think of getting your training done first as a way to start your day with a real win, a win of self-discipline, a way of earning not just the day but a good day.

Since the most popular time in the morning for training is between six and seven o’ clock, our training session schedule is at 6:00, 6:20, and 6:40 AM - Eastern Standard Time (EST), then Central Standard Time (CST), then Mountain Standard Time (MST), and then Pacific Standard Time (PST). And if training in the morning is not sustainable for you, then Fitness IRL offers a similar schedule in the evening: At 6:00, 6:20, & 6:40 PM EST / CST / MST and PST.  Either way, from coast-to-coast wherever you are in the US, Fitness IRL has you covered.

Once scheduled your coach leads the way by example, completing their own training session before you do yours, taking a time-stamped pic proving it, and sending it to you with a motivating text message about ten-minutes prior to the start of your daily training session. That’s your Wakeup Call, and that keeps you on track and successful.
